OUR MISSION STATEMENT

AGS Holland Distribution BV strives to simplify the development and purchasing process for OE-manufacturers of all types of transportation vehicles, ships and cabins. We offer high quality knowhow, advice, products and flexible services. The product range comprises the major components located in or around the driver’s position, like glass, interior controls, wiper systems, mirrors, and accessories.

OUR PRODUCTS FOR YOU

Laminated and Tempered Glass
AGS is the representative for Omniglass, a Spanish OE glass manufacturer specialized in best quality glazing for public service and industrial vehicles, cabins, and ships. Glass is tailored to customer specifications, can be produced in laminated as well as tempered glass, in various tints and coatings, complete with add-ons like sensors, heating and antennas. Any new technology development in this area is immediately incorporated in the Omniglass product lines.

Wiper Systems
As exclusive representative of some major brands, we can offer you the best quality wiper systems imaginable. Whether city bus or touring car, train or metro, off-shore truck or special cabin, coaster or luxury yacht: based on your requirement input we can supply you the best package. This package may consist of the complete wiper system, from motor to wiper blades, but also of individual parts and related components like switches and relays.

Mirrors
A wide range of high quality safety and comfort products is at your disposal, varying from simple mirrors to mirror systems with incorporated cameras, antennas, blind spot warning systems etc.

Accessories
The accessory program is in constant development. If you have a desire to buy other related products from us as well, we are certainly very interested to receive your requirements and happy to explore all possibilities for you.

Product Development
With the wide product range and the profound specialist experience and knowhow available at AGS, we are very confident that we can make a perfect match with your requirements. Our specialists are happy to work out the exact specifications together with your people. 3D development and even practical product testing may be part of the process.

Ordering Procedures
We can basically supply our product range to you at any required service level. You can purchase per order unit upon requirement or order in pre-ordered quantities as agreed, you may order in fixed or open order quantities. Any solution that fits you best is negotiable!

Stocks and Warehouses
If the standard product lead-times would exceed your required levels, we can hold a central stock for you. In case of supply to various locations throughout the Netherlands, we can even offer you locally specific stockings in our regional warehouses.

Distribution
The strength of our extensive service organization lies in its sheer endless flexibility, by offering
24 x 7 mobile service throughout The Netherlands, as well as regional warehousing facilities. When making use of these facilities, basically any urgency can be dealt with immediately. This flexibility guarantees you the highest service level!

Additional Services
Our 24 x 7 service organization is at your disposal for logistic support as we have described. In special cases it can also be of value when specific fitting or handling services are required at customers' locations.

OEM / OES

Goods and services made to measure is what counts for bus and coachbuilders and manufacturers of cabins. Already at the time of design an appeal can be done on the extensive technical knowledge and expertise within AGS Holland Distribution as
OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer) and OES (Original Equipment Spare parts) partner.
Whether glass wiper-systems or electrical switches, quality is what matters.
Designers and builders need to rely on longevity and a beneficial proportion between price and quality, even at smaller production quantities.
