More than distribution At the start of 2009 AGS Holland Distribution B.V. has taken over a number of product lines and company activities form Tece Unipart B.V., with the purpose of further developing these core activities. Under this new flag trusted specialists take care of the distribution of glass for cars, buses and trucks and of a select automotive parts program. Besides that, AGS is OEM supplier of glass, windscreen wiper-systems and switches. AGS also operates a franchise formula in car glass service under the name of Riss. From the expertise in car parts AGS has built up excellent contacts with an extensive network of national and international business associates.  In this part of business we represent (among others) our associated partners Omniglass, leading Original Equipment Manufacturer of glass for commercial vehicles like coaches and cabins and also SWF/VALEO (windscreen wiper-systems, steering column and other switches). Riss automotive glass service supplies a 24 hour-service throughout The Netherlands. With a perfectly equipped back office, which is based on an extensive computerization system with online order processing and central invoicing, we are able to keep our organization slim and flexible. Before the end of this year an electronic catalogue and web shop will be available for our customers.
